基于性别的不当行为是什么样子的?
约会暴力. 暴力:使用身体暴力, 强迫, 威胁, 恐吓, 隔离, 跟踪, 或者其他形式的情感, 针对与受害者有或曾经有浪漫或性亲密社会关系的人的性或经济虐待. 约会暴力可以是一种单独的行为，也可以是关系中的一种行为模式.
家庭暴力. 暴力:使用身体暴力, 强迫, 威胁, 恐吓, 隔离, 跟踪, 或者其他形式的情感, sexual or economic abuse directed towards (a) a current or former spouse or intimate partner; (b) a person with whom one shares a child; or (c) anyone who is protected from the respondent’s acts under the domestic or family violence laws of Oklahoma.
性侵犯. 包括非自愿的性接触和性交. 未经他人同意，故意与任何物体发生性接触或性交.
性骚扰. 不受欢迎的性挑逗, 性要求, 还有其他口头上的, 物理, 在下列情况下，具有性性质的视觉行为构成性骚扰:(i)对此类行为的服从是个人教育的明示或暗示的条款或条件, or educational or campus life activities; or (ii) submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for academic or student life decisions affecting that individual; or (iii) such conduct has the effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s academic performance or creating an intimidating, 充满敌意的, 有损人格的, 或令人反感的校园或生活环境.
